DME RACING RETURN POLICY

DME RACING MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 10 DAYS FOR ANY RETURNS OR PROBLEMS. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.

  • THERE WILL BE NO RETURN OR REFUND ON CUSTOM-BUILT ITEMS, BODYWORK, OR BERINGER PARTS.
  • There will be NO CREDIT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OR CASH REFUNDS. (Ie: Your monthly credit card statement will NOT show any credit when you return an item) only your DME Racing account will show a credit or exchange for the same value.
  • ALL returns MUST HAVE A PRIOR Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. When calling for a return authorization number, please have your invoice number ready.
  • A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. Returns will not be accepted without return approval.
  • Parts authorized for a return must be uninstalled and in original condition and have original packaging. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  • Returns will be at the customer’s expense, with freight prepaid. All claims for shipping damage must be placed with the carrier.
  • If the return is not the error of DME Racing there is a 20% restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.  By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America), the buyer is responsible for abiding by the country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

  • Shipping Quotes: All international shipping prices are subject to change once an online order is received. Shipping quotes on the website are not always accurate or guaranteed. Our office will contact you with an official shipping quote once we begin processing your order. To get a quote on international shipping, please email contact@dmeracing.com with your full address and the list of products you would like to order.
  • International Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility, as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

SHIPPING CLAIMS

  • Damages: DME Racing is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
  • Lost Shipments: DME Racing cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
  • Delivery Address: DME Racing is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Please review your sales order carefully.
