DME Racing, Commitment to Supporting the Racing Community

At DME Racing, we take pride in supporting numerous racers and events every year. Our philosophy centers around giving back to the community and the businesses that stand by us. While we strive to assist as many racers as possible, it’s not feasible to support everyone. However, we dedicate our efforts to aiding a diverse range of participants, from sportsmen to professionals, and from large organizations to individual events.

To ensure our support is impactful and aligned with our values, all sponsorship inquiries undergo a thorough review process. We prioritize candidates who exhibit reputability, professionalism, and a strong potential for achieving success while representing DME Racing.

How to Apply for Sponsorship

We invite you to complete the form below with as much detail as possible. This information is crucial in helping us evaluate your request comprehensively. Be sure to provide a detailed account of your racing achievements, future goals, social media reach, and how you plan to represent DME Racing.

Please understand that no support or product will be offered until the completed form has been received, reviewed, and approved. We appreciate your interest and look forward to potentially supporting your racing journey.

Our sponsorship department will respond to all applicants within two weeks. 

2027 Sponsorship Applications
Applications for the 2027 season must be submitted by December 31, 2026 to be considered. Applications received on or after January 1, 2027 will be reviewed for the 2028 season. Submission of an application does not guarantee sponsorship. Selected applicants will be contacted during the first quarter of 2027.

Thank you for your interest in DME Racing. Only fully completed forms will be reviewed by our staff. You will receive a response once your application has been reviewed. If you have a race resume or photos that may relate to this application, please email them to sponsorship@dmeracing.com AFTER this form has been submitted.

DME Racing requires all persons or companies requesting products to agree to and abide by the company's guidelines listed below:
  • All products supplied for the sponsored vehicle must be used solely for said vehicle and is not to be re-sold, transferred, held in storage or otherwise modified.
  • The sponsored vehicle must display a minimum of two DME Racing decals on each side of the vehicle.
  • Replacement products will only be provided in the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect. Replacement requests for worn-out products, products that fail due to driver negligence or theft will not be honored.
  • DME Racing retains detailed documentation files as evidence to support all sponsorships. We require monthly written follow-up summary reports that include photos of the vehicle at events, tear sheets of magazine feature stories, copies of ads/brochures/other promotional literature where the vehicle is featured, along with any other proof that demonstrates all elements of the sponsorship proposal have been fulfilled.
  • If DME Racing does not receive adequate documentation as required herein within the specified time frame (i.e. 90 days of receipt of product) we require charge card information including the name of the person or company being sponsored. We reserve the right to charge full retail price for products that have been supplied on a sponsorship basis but do not meet the guidelines specified in our policy. Requestors agree upfront that, should they not be able to supply documentation that they have fulfilled all specifics outlined in the original proposal, they will be charged for the product provided.
  • DME Racing also requires that the owner of each sponsored vehicle complete a feedback form so we can obtain quotes about your impression of the product, desired improvements, and reactions of others. Any of this information can be used for advertisements, press releases, and promotions.
