Handlebar Control Spacer

The DME Racing Control Spacer is designed to solve a common clearance issue when running OEM Suzuki Hayabusa clutch and brake master cylinders with Vortex clip-ons.

In this setup, the master cylinder reservoir often contacts the clip-on, forcing the lever to be rotated downward into an uncomfortable and unsafe riding position. Our billet control spacer moves the master cylinder forward just enough to provide proper reservoir clearance—allowing the lever to be set at a natural, comfortable angle without compromise.

Precision-machined from billet aluminum, this spacer offers strength, durability, and a clean factory-style fit. It’s a simple, effective solution that improves ergonomics while maintaining full control and feel.
