DME Racing Ready to Launch into a New Year

DME Racing will start the 2021 Pro Street season with a new rider on the World’s Quickest Pro Street bike. Jeremy Teasley is switching gears this year to spend more time with his family, focus on his business, JTR Automotive, and conquering the grudge racing scene with Connelly Racing. We wish him luck this year and thank him for helping us earn two championships.

And with this change, we are excited to welcome Rickey Grayson to the team! Grayson is no stranger to the quarter-mile with over twenty years of riding experience in everything from Sportsman, Real Street, Grudge, and Pro Street competition.

With two years under the rule constraints with a lightweight rider, team tuner, Andy Sawyer is ready for a new challenge. “We like a challenge here at DME, and a heavier rider and new rule package is going to give us just that,” said Andy Sawyer. “We have known Grayson for years, and he will fit right in with our team. It’s going to be a fun year.”

Humble, shocked, flattered, and excited are Grayson’s words when talking about riding for the team this year. “Pro Street racing is the top of the food chain, and an opportunity like this doesn’t come around every day,” affirmed Grayson. “I love being competitive, and I am ready to go testing and get this year started.”

More details on this season to follow as the team is gearing up for its first pre-season test session. So, for now, please help us in welcoming Rickey Grayson to the team!
