DME RACING CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

At DME Racing, we aim to provide our customers with a quality performance product that exceeds expectations. We DO NOT rush our fabrication practices to protect our products integrity and your safety!

Our Custom Order Products cover a wide range of products and services, including our industry-leading swingarms, front racks, and subframes. Please read our Custom Order Policy fully before placing your order.

SPECIFICATIONS

We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements or information provided to us. We strongly encourage customers to verify your specifications before placing an order and making a payment. PAYMENT

All custom orders are 100% prepay before the job is queued into production. Up-front payment speeds up processing and eases delivery/pick-up without the need to make a second payment to us when your order is ready.

Production on custom orders will NOT begin until payment has been received. Delay in making your payment will delay the production/delivery of your order. Once payment has been made, NO changes can be made to a custom order.

TURNAROUND

Due to the current state of the world, our turnaround times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Production turnarounds may change without notice as conditions change rapidly to adjust to incoming order volume and supply chain interruptions.

We appreciate that this lengthening of our turnaround time may cause some frustration, but we are doing everything within our control to improve our processes and reduce these times.

Current Turnaround Estimates: (updated 12/27/21)

  • Front Racks: 2-4 weeks
  • Subframes: 6-8 weeks
  • Swingarms: 8-10 weeks

Turnaround time begins when your invoice has been paid in full. DME Racing will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to weather conditions, power interruptions, back-orders or errors from distributors, shipping errors or anything else outside our control. If we expect or foresee any problems, we will inform you of the situation and work with you to reach a solution.

We cannot move orders up in the production line, split orders out, or otherwise move anything from how it comes into our production queue.

SHIPPING

Shipping We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. DME Racing will not be responsible for transit time estimates, undeliverable addresses, shipping errors, bad weather, or other problems with transit. Transit time is not included in the estimated turnaround time. Please account for transit time when placing your order. Shipping expenses are the client’s responsibility and will be added to the invoice prior to payment, except in exceptional circumstances. Not prepaying for shipping will delay the shipping of your order.

FLAWS

If you receive a product that seems to have a defect, please reach out as soon as possible and refrain from using the product. We will need a photo of the area of concern, and we will make sure to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We stand behind all our products.

If your order is damaged in shipping, you must contact the carrier with a claim. Do Not attempt to return products without prior approval.

CANCELLATION 

If you wish to cancel your order with us, you will need to call us immediately at 336-785-4845. Cancellations are only accepted by phone. Custom orders canceled before production has begun will incur a $25.00 administration fee. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are given for custom orders.
